Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges

Cancellations:

Order cancellations and/or modifications must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour has passed, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us for more information.

Returns + Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged/misprinted or the incorrect item is sent. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem so we can make it right.

Note: We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference. Double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
